Will Pence
Senior SAP S/4HANA and Business ByDesign Service Advisor

Will has 21+ years in the IT field: MIS Manager (6 years), Systems Analyst (7 years), Technology Manager (4 years) and Cloud Service Advisor (4 years.) As the Technology Manager for Johnson Products, he implemented and deployed SAP Business ByDesign in less than 30 days.

He has been working for Bramasol on SAP Business ByDesign where his primary focus has been on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay & Order to Cash. He specializes in all aspects of the implementation process from scoping of the cloud product, data migration, configuration through customizing reports, forms and field extensibility. He works closely with the Solutions Architect to make sure any integrations into the system are successful within his specified LOB’s.  He served as a trusted advisor to a customer that moved from ByD to ECC (on-premise) with primary roles being data migration and testing of SCM processes in ECC, key-user training and internal support.

Will is certified in SAP Business ByDesign and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
