Carlo Maglinao

Carlo Maglinao is a member of the Bramasol SAP Lease Accounting COE. He is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Carlo has 25+ years professional experience with 20 years SAP consulting experience on over 30 IT projects.

Carlo is a global expert on SAP Real Estate and Leasing solution who has implemented projects in various industries including mining, oil & gas, telecom, transportation, retail, real estate, and banking in North America, Asia, and Australia. He has been a go-to consultant for SAP Global (America, Caribbean, Singapore, India Labs, Philippines, Australia) and now Bramasol.

As a Bramasol Leasing COE, Carlo helps consultants and solution architects resolve SLAN or REFX application or design issues through best practices. Carlo supports sales team in addressing technical questions or issues on client meetings or demos. Carlo helps recruitment team qualify applicants to join the Leasing team. Carlo helped develop a sizing model to estimate SLAN projects based on project scope. Carlo helps provide answers and documentation to RFP, RFI, ROM, and SOW. Carlo leads PQ testing with Nakisa that has now gone over eight (8) cycles of testing including the latest SLAN SP2 version. Carlo supports internal projects such as developing reports on Asset Disclosures and Analytics; automating conversion of client's lease data to SLAN upload templates; and developing Rapid Compliance Solution as a product offering for a disconnected SLAN implementation. Carlo is also a solution architect for the first Bramasol led SLAN project.
